DESCRIPTION	Harvey Dietrich discusses how he got started in the meat packing and cattle industry in Los Angeles during the 1950s. He talks about some of the companies he has worked for, including the Globe Packing Company in Los Angeles and Highland and Highland Meat Packing Company in Arizona. Mr. Dietrich also talks about several of the companies he owned a part of, including Cholla Livestock and Sunland Beef Company, which partnered with Ralph's Grocery Company. Throughout the interview Mr. Dietrich talks of the many people involved in the industry, both in Arizona and California, and the changes to the industry since the 1950s.
