DESCRIPTION	Pat Call is the District One Chairman of the Cochise County Board of Supervisors. The Board of Supervisors is the governing and policy-making body of the Cochise County. Mr. Call is a long-time resident of Sierra Vista, who returned to the city in 1981, after several years in the military and as a civilian in California. Since then, he has been very active in local politics, particularly in those involving water rights and management. In this interview, Mr. Call discusses the growth spurts of Sierra Vista, the impact of Fort Huachuca, and the growing concern of water management in Cochise County.
