Dear
,
Mr
Bayless
_
I
am
very
disappointed
about
the
way
Mr
Proffitt
is
performing
service
. He has not a
Good
excuse
now
–
Since
the
Road
is
not
impassable
anymore
!
Automobiles
are
coming
+
going
. But the
mail
Carrier
does
not
appear
personally:--
Just
see
! He
hired
that
boy
.
Guillermo
Bracamonte
who
does
not
know
how to
read
or
write
and
just
see
He
allowed
him to
deposit
the
mail
Pouch
for
example
on
Monday
night
at the
Teacher’s
house
at
Soza’s
Ranch
!
Now
suppose
your
manager
Billie
would
write
a
very
important
letter
on
Monday
.
It
does
not
go
much
ahead
till
Wednesday
. How would
you
call
that
service
?
I
reported
him to the
Department
at
Washington
but
you
know
how
things
answers
I
mean
delay
to
come
+
I
sent
word
to
PM
. To
Phoenix
he
answered
me
to
inform
the
P.M
. at
Benson
who
might
take
steps
to
send
a
person
temporarily
on
accounts
of the
mailman’s
Bond
. The
way
that
man
is
acting
seems
he
simply
don’t
care.-
He
thinks
as
we
are
poor
most
of the
people
around
here that
we
wont
be at any
need
of
mail
at
all
.
Now
I
am
in this
end
of the
world
unable
to
do
a
thing
_
So
wont
you
take
this
matter
up
to
somebody
that
can
execute
the
regular
service
. He
can
not
claimed
now
or
stick
to the
idea
that the
road
is
impassable
. A
fellow
neighbor
was here
today
he
saw
the
mail
carrier
the
other
day+
stated
to him that he
wouldn’t
come
down
here
till
they would
fit
a
pretty
good
Road
from
Cascabel
to here
Mr
.
CC
Wooton
is
the
one
that
told
me
.
-
Everybody
can
sear
the
road
is
alright
of
course
it
is
not a
highway
but a
Post
Road
+
to this
date
people
says
the
Road
is
quite
better
than
when
He
got
the
contract
.
I’ll
be
very
much
obliged
to
you
for this
service
.
Please
wire
to the
Postmaster
at
Benson
.
Send
me
the
bill
it
Costs
to
you
for
doing
so
.
I
just
can’t
interpret
the
botheration
it
is
causing
.
Something
must
be
done
at
once
Thanks
Mr
Bayless
Very
Truly
Yours
Rosa
R
.
Moreno
P.M
.
Another
thing
I
want
to
say
is
that
–
Manuel
arrived
home
Yesterday
and
seems
he’s
going
to
work
for
Billy
–
again
so
I
wont
be in a
hurry
about
quitting
the
P.O
.
I
must
stop
. This.
