FOOD ANALYSIS SAFETY SUMMARY REPORT JULY 1, 2004 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2005
This report is submitted pursuant to A.R.S. 36-255 for fiscal year 2005.
The Arizona Department of Health Services, Division of Public Health Services, State Laboratory examined a total of 170 food samples for adulteration or microbiologically hazardous substances. Approximately 27 of the samples examined exceeded acceptable standards for consumption.
Upon verification, all significant results were transmitted to the State Laboratory's Microbiology Offic
