Letter from the Director
It is my pleasure to share with you the Arizona Department of Health Services' Fiscal Year 2006-2010 Strategic Plan. As we continue to meet the challenges of the State's budget crisis, it becomes increasingly important that we focus our resources in order to maximize our efforts. This plan does just that. This plan covers the wide array of Department efforts. While every individual program or initiative is not mentioned, I believe the scope of this document is broad enough to capture critical issues affecting every employee and every program in the Department.
