REPORT OF ANNUAL EVALUATION
CONDUCTED BY
ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES
SEPTEMBER 16, 2004
This is a report of the annual visit conducted at the Arizona Pioneers Home to comply with A.R.S. 36-402, which states that, This chapter or the rules adopted by the director pursuant to this chapter do not authorize the licensure, supervision, regulation or control of:
9. The Arizona pioneers home. However, the department of health services shall evaluate the health and sanitation conditions at the Arizona pioneers home annually using the standards applicable to licensed nursing care institutions. The department shall prepare and distribute reports of these visits to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives and the governor within thirty days of each visit.
