Airports are required to submit a based aircraft report to ADOT by the 15th of the month after each quarter. If you have submitted four quarters in a row, you have four stars! This meets an important grant assurance for your airport and is part of the funding eligi-bility requirements for ADOT airport grants. A report format has been sent by e-mail and can be sent to you again —just contact your airport grant man-ager! What Airports Will Get LPV? ADOT has obtained a grant from FAA to perform LPV surveys in 2010 at the fol-lowing 5 Arizona Airports: *Colorado City *Show Low *Winslow *H.A. Clark *Grand Canyon National Park Contract will be awarded in February. Work will begin in March! Call or e-mail Holly Hawkins with questions. The 2010 nominations are in, with not very many this year. Most airports that are nominated have done it them-selves! Who knows more about the airport than you, the manager? So next time don’t be shy ~ submit a nomination on your own behalf ~ be proud! The selection criteria used by the Aeronautics Group consists of ac-complishments in the areas of com-munity relations, airport manage-ment, airport maintenance activities as well as innovative activities and programs implemented at the airport.
