Old Trails Museum and the Winslow Historical Society are located at 212 Kinsley, in the heart of downtown Winslow's historic district. The Museum and Historical Society are the home to a rich variety of regional historic artifacts and the extensive collection of engineering records of the Santa Fe railroads' old Albuquerque Division.
Housed in a 1921 bank building, the Museum still boasts original tile, marble counters and an impressive vault.
The museum building is owned by the Winslow Historical Society, a 501(c)(3) organization. Founded in 1985, the museum has been fortunate to accumulate a broad spectrum of artifacts and archives donated by local residents who are passionate about this town's fiber.
Museum hours are Tuesday through Saturday, from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is no admission, donations are accepted.
The Winslow Historical Society's Museum Director is Lila Atkins who is assisted by WHS volunteers. For questions or information, please call 928-289-5861, or email oldtrailsmuseum@yahoo.com.
