The Raúl H. Castro Institute (RCI), named after the first and only Mexican-American Governor of Arizona (1975-1977), is a non-profit organization and collaborative effort of the Arizona Governor’s office and various Higher Education institutions in Arizona.
The RCI is a "Do Tank" focusing on issues that affect the Latino community in Arizona, with emphasis on education, health and human services, leadership and civic participation.
Latino Perspectives Media (LPM) publishes Latino Perspectives Magazine telling the story of Arizona Latinos defining and pursueing the American dream with cultural pride. LPM also publishes individual books on Arizona Latino History, such as Faces of Post 41, contained herein.
