Overview

The Raúl H. Castro Institute (RCI), named after the first and only Mexican-American Governor of Arizona (1975-1977), is one of the community engagement initiatives at Maricopa Community Colleges.

The focus of the Raul H. Castro Institute is on leadership development for Latino youth as related to public policy and government in addition to the intersection of public policy and education as related to our Latino community.
