Full Text	Council Chambers Town of Glendale Adjourned Meeting Aug. 9, 1910. Mayor called council to order. Present: Mayor; Councilmen – Gillett, Tuckey. Petition presented requesting Council to pass ordinance closing all stores on weekdays, except Saturdays at 7 p.m. Filed. Agreed by Council that action would be taken in conformity with wish of a majority of store proprietors in town as expressed in two petitions, one for and one against to be circulated as same time. Ordinance No. 1 – as amended passed by call of the yeas and nays as follow: Mayor – yea; Gillett, yea ; Tuckey, yea. Adjourned. Approved: H. W. Bennett Mayor Correct: V. E. Messenger Clerk
