Special Meeting, Aug 28, 1912
Present: Slaughter (Act Mayor), Carlton, Trebil.
On motion following resolution was adopted:
“Resolved that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the agreement with the U. S. concerning the furnishing of electric power to the Town of Glendale, dated Aug. 28, 1912, for one year from said date.” Carried (no opposing vote).
Moved that Ord. No. 32 be placed on passage. Carried.

Carlton – aye.
Trebil – aye.
