Town Clerk instructed to notify Phoenix Railway Co. to fix crossings over track wherever streets are graded.
Moved that ordinance No. 27 be amended by making time for payment of irrigation water Oct. 1 and April 1st and that charge per lot or acre be divided in two equal payments due on above dates. Carried.
Moved that amount paid Town for water during season of 1911-12 by parties who also paid government for water be refunded in the shape of water receipts for year 1912-13, with the understanding that refunds on water rentals when made by the government be paid to the town. Carried.
Moved that street tax for coming year be collected, provided that Town Clerk collect all road taxes paid to County by residents within the Town. Carried.
