Full Text	Special Meeting, Nov 29 - 1912 Adjourned meeting from Nov. 27. Present: Slaughter, Carlton, Trebil. Council convened as Board of Equalization. Board examined assessment roll and closed same. Moved that Engineer White be instructed to make complete investigation of cost of operating Electric Plant from Mch 15 – 1912 to Oct – 15 – 1912 and that the Ice Company be requested to allow Mr. White to examine records of Ice Co. in making this investigation.
