my
fathers
. The
bought
it
almost
50
years
ago
. The
Hopi
Kachina
Plaque
just
above
the
light
on the
right
is
form
Oraibi
Pueblo
,
AZ
.
I
to
it
at
Oraibi
in
1907
. The
Hopi
Kachina
Plaque
on the
left
of the
door
I
got
at
Mishongnovi
,
AZ
in
1907
. The
buffalo
Skull
with
horns
is
from a
buffalo
killed
in the
latter
1870s
on the
plains
of
Colorado
.
I
got
it
from
Colorado
about
1924
. The
Winchester
Rifle
just
below
the
skull
is
a
Model
1873
,
38-40
caliber
. The
Tomahawk
crossed
with the
pipe
was
found
buried
in a
cotton
tree
trunk
in the
woods
(Glenns
Thicket)
about
a
mile
north
of
Washington
,
PA
by
Wm
.
Husteds
brother
. The
Picture
just
above
is
a
lithograph
of the
British
buying
scalps
.
It
probably
dates
from the
Revolution
and
is
very
rare
.
It
was in the
garret
of the
James
Langly
house
,
S
.
Main
St
,
which
stood
on
part
of
site
of
George
Washingtons
Hotel
. The
Hopi
Antelope
Plaque
over
the
door
at the
left
I
got
at
Mishongnovi
Pueblo
,
AZ
, in
1907
.
I
never
saw
another
Hopi
plaque
this
shape
. The
others
were
all
circular
. The
Stetson
with the
horsehair
band
is
another
of
my
cowboy
hats
. The
band
was
made
by
prisoners
in the
Yuma
Penitentiary
,
Z
. The
muzzle
loading
rifle
over
the
door
is
a
very
fine
gun
.
