Acquisition Note	Donated by the Pima County Medical Society (Tucson, Arizona). Ownership of the paper originals of the 1904-1954 minutes of the Pima County Medical Society (PCMS) was transferred by PCMS to the Arizona Health Sciences Library.

Full Text	7 appointment and duties. He shall keep a record of all members, and receive all moneys paid into the society and keep a record thereof. The secretary and treasurer shall have the power with the concurrence of the President to levy assessments upon the members to meet necessary expenses . II--Meetings . The annual meeting of this Association shall be held upon the 2nd Tuesday of January. At this meeting election of officers shall be held as well as the election of a delegate to the Arizona Medical Association . III--Membership Committee A Membership Committee of 3--of which the President and Secretary shall be members, shall be appointed each year. They shall fully investigate the character and qualifications of all applicants for membership. They shall report to the Association . Any applicant receiving 3/4 votes of members present shall be declared elected. Secretary shall notify members [ margin note: see amendment insert opposite page adopted Mar 9 '21 ]
