Full Text	98 Jan 10 1911 Meeting was called to order by Pres Huffman. Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved . Application of J.R. Walls read and referred to membership committee . Resignation of Dr. Morrison read. Moved and seconded that resignation be not accepted. Carried . Membership committee reported favorably upon application of Dr. Meade Clyne and recommended that he be accepted as a member. Moved and seconded that Dr, Clyne be made a member of this Society. Carried . Dr. Shattuck then lectured upon Pathology of the lungs . Election of Officers Moved and Seconded that Dr. Morrison be elected President of this Society by acclimation [ acclamation ] carried. Moved and Seconded that Secy cast unanimous vote of society for Dr. Morrison. Carried-- Moved and seconded that that Dr. HP Shattuck be unanimously elected Vice President carried. Moved and Seconded that Secy cast vote of Society for Dr, Shattuck carried . Moved and Seconded that Dr. A.G. Schnabel
