Special meeting called by Pres Crepin at his office.
Sec. read letter from Dr. Flinn Sec of Ariz. Medical Soc. urging us to use our influence with our Senators and Representatives in Pima Co to vote against the proposed amendment known as Canal Amendment to Senate Bill no 65, which is a bill governing medical practice in Arizona.
Moved and seconded that Sec be instructed to write our Senators and Representatives urging them to oppose the amendment. Motion was passed.
Dr. Huffman suggested that individually, we write our Senators and Representatives requesting them to oppose Canal Amendment.
Dr. Rodgers brought the subject of medical protective insurance before the Society, and told of his experience with the Fidelity & Causualty [ Casualty ] Co. It was moved and 2nd that a comm. [ committee ] be appointed to draw resolutions
