Full Text	138 in honor of Dr. Fenner D.W. Shulman April 8 Meeting called by Dr. Butler Arrangements for Nogales trip discussed . Dr. Kibler & Dr. Hayes elected to membership . Moved by Dr. Huffman & 2nd by Dr. Dulin that Dr. Stucken's application be referred back to membership committee for investigation . Dr. Bywater's methods observed . D.W. Shulman 11/15/20 Meeting called to order By Dr. J.I. Butler Dr Bywater presented his resignation verbally . Moved by Dr. Metzger & 2nd by Dr. Fenner that Dr. Bywater's resignation be accepted. Carried unanimously Those present: Dr. Butler, Metzger, Olcott, Fenner, Hayes, Gotthelf, Townsend, Shulman . Dr. Hayes reported on sanitation at Swan Lake . Dr. Fenner discussed Red Cross Health Center & asked for the cooperation of the medical profession . Moved by Dr. Metzger that we pledge ourselves to talk the Red Cross Health Center plans to as many people as possible. Carried D.W. Shulman
