The Association went on record as desiring to have the retiring secretary give a report of the financial standing of the Association as a whole and of members individually at the beginning of the new year.
Motion was made and carried that the Pres. Communicate with Dr. Shulman, the retiring secretary, in order to have him turn over the sect & Treasurer's books and secure the above financial report.
Dr. Fenner briefly stated some experience in certain legal matters as a physician and trial and that the present laws relating to a physician testifying in court were unjust to the medical profession.
Dr. Fenner further suggested that change be made in the by laws so that applicants need not
