MEMBER'S TRANSFER CARD
This certifies that Dr. Royal W. Rudolph is a member in good standing of this Society, and that all of his dues have been paid for the year ending Dec. 31, 1933. At his request this transfer card is issued to him, good for 60 days from date. His name will be retained on the roster of this Society until official notice is received of his acceptance by another component Society. On receipt of such official notice, his membership in this Society shall terminate.
