REGULAR MEETING, JANUARY 14, 1930.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and adopted without correction.
Applications of Doctors C.V. Barley, R.I. Theisen, and E.M. Hayden were voted on and the applicants accepted for membership.
Application of Dr. H.G. Bonnell was read and action deferred for further investigation.
Application of Dr. Alden B. Thompson was discussed and applicant accepted for membership by a vote of 9 to 4.
On motion by Dr. Mills, seconded by Dr. Kibler, the Chamber of Commerce membership dues were ordered paid.
The annual election proceeded in the following order:
For president: Dr. Gore nominated by Dr. Davison, seconded by Dr. Eckles. Elected by unanimous vote.
For Vice-President: Dr. Kibler nominated by Dr. Carrell, seconded by Dr. Van Horn. Elected by unanimous vote.
For Secretary-Treasurer: Dr. Kirmse nominated by Dr. V. Gore, seconded by Dr. Davison. Declared reelected by unanimous vote.
For three-year censor: Dr. Eckles was nominated by Dr. Davison, seconded by Dr. Carrell, and declared elected. The remaining censors are: Dr. Norris, 2 years and Dr. Mills 1 year.
Delegates: Dr. Kibler nominated Dr. Mills, seconded by Dr. Davidson [ Davison ].
Elected.
Dr. Eckles nominated Dr. Schultz, seconded by Dr. Davidson [ Davison ] . Elected.
Dr. Gore nominated Dr. Davidson [ Davison ]. Elected.
Dr. Van Horn nominated by Dr. Callander.
Dr. Carrell moved nominations closed.
Secretary cast ballot for nominating delegates.
