Regular Meeting.
Dec. 10, 1935.
Meeting called to order at 8:15 P.M. in the Santa Rita Hotel.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Dr. J.B. Littlefield gave a report of the activities of the economics committee.
Dr. J.B. Van Horn requested report from the Board of Censors regarding the DuVall matter; this was evidently satisfactorily explained by members of the Board.
Dr. J.B. Littlefield made a motion seconded by Dr. Gotthelf that letters of appreciation be written to Mr. Goyette and Miss Warner for their work in financing E.R.A. medical cases. Motion passed 26 to 2.
The annual election resulted as follows:
For President Dr. R.K. Smith was nominated by Dr. Carrell. Nominations closed and Secretary cast a unanimous ballot for Dr. Smith.
For Vice-President Dr. R.J. Callander was nominated. Motion by Dr. Basil Thompson that nominations be closed, was seconded and passed. Ballot for Dr. Callander was cast by the Secretary.
For Secretary-Treasurer Dr. Alvin Kirmse was nominated by Dr. Littlefield. Motion by Dr. Gotthelf, seconded and passed; instructed the secretary to cast the ballot for his re-election.

Scientific program:
A talk by Dr. R.A. Davison on "The first International Gastro-Enterological Congress."
An illustrated lecture on "Fractures" by Dr. Ellis Jones of Los Angeles.
