December 14, 1937.
Meeting opened at eight o'clock at the American Legion Auditorium Tuesday night, December 14th, Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
Dr. G.F. Cooper from Los Angeles gave a lecture and film illustration on "Management of Pneumonia."
Election of Officers.
President: DR. MEADE CLYNE was nominated by Dr. Thomas, seconded by Dr. Huffman. Dr. Gore moved nominations be closed; Dr. Littlefield seconded motion; Secretary cast ballot. Passed.
Vice-Pres: DR. ROY W. RUDOLPH was nominated by Dr. Gore. Dr. Kibler moved nominations be closed. Secretary cast unanimous vote.
Sec'ty.-
Treasurer: DR. ALVIN KIRMSE was nominated by Dr. Littlefield, seconded by Dr. Webster. Dr. Watson moved nominations be closed; Dr. Lyon seconded motion. Secretary cast ballot for himself. Elected for eleventh time as secretary-treasurer.
Censor: DR. R.A. DAVISON was nominated by Dr. Wm. Magill Schultz, seconded by Dr. Mills. Dr. Watson moved nominations be closed; Dr. Thomas seconded motion. Dr. Davison elected. [ handwritten: 3-Smith 2-Schultz1 ]
Delegates: DR. CHAS. E. PATTERSON was nominated by Dr. Huffman.
DR. C.A. THOMAS was nominated by Dr. Watson.
DR. V.M. GORE was nominated by Dr. Dr. Thomas.
DR. W. ROY HEWITT was nominated by Dr. Gore.
DR. DAKE BIDDLE was nominated by Dr. Storts.
DR. W. PAUL HOLBROOK was nominated by Dr. Allen.
DR. V.G. PRESSON was nominated by Dr. Clyne.
DR. J.B. LITTLEFIELD was nominated by Dr. Harry Thompson.
Dr. Thomas moved nominations be closed; Secretary cast ballot; nominations voted upon and passed.
Dr. Wm. Magill Schultz reported on Hospital Committee. Dr. Gore moved that two new members be appointed to replace two members leaving. Dr. Thomas seconded motion
Passed.
Hospital Committee: Doctors Smelker, Callander, Patterson, Smith, Gore, Clyne, Davison and Thomas.
Dr. Rudolph nominated Dr. Littlefield; Dr. Schultz nominated Dr. Carrell. Dr. Davison moved nominations be closed. Passed. Elected.
