[ This paragraph is crossed out. ] I wish to submit the following amendment to the Constitution and by-laws of the Pima County Medical Association, Viz:
That Article 5, page 2, which deals with the election of officers be amended as follows: That it includes its present wording verbatim in its entirety but that this said Article 5 be enlarged by the addition of the following: "The election of all the above officers as well as all other regularly established officers of this Association to be at the regular December Meeting by ballots mailed out two weeks prior to this Meeting to each and every Member of this Association. "Such ballots to contain the two or more names receiving the highest number of votes for each office from a nominating ballot sent to each and every Member of the Association on November first. "The nominating ballots must be in the hands of the Secretary by November fifteenth and the election ballots must be in his hands in time for tabulation by the Tabulation Committee at the December Meeting."
