Full Text	Page #2 . Relations Committee. Motion passed . Dr. Kohl presented a resolution (complete at end of minutes) and moved that this be passed, seconded by Dr. Gotthelf. Dr. Howard proposed that [ "that" crossed out ] an amendment that the president appoint a Committee to go with him to the Mayor and City Manager on this matter. Accepted by Dr. Kohl. Motion passed. Dr. Carrell appointed on the Committee Dr. Kohl, Dr. Smelker and Dr. Mills . The scientific program consisted of following papers : "The Present Status of Preventative Pediatrics" by Dr. H.C. Thompson "Intrapleural Pneumonolysis" by Dr. John W. Stacey . Discussions by Dr. Carrell and Dr. Clyne . Meeting adjourned . [ Signature of Dr. Carrell ] Pres . [ Signature of D.F.
