Dr. Hill raised the question of an executive committee. Dr. Littlefield moved that an amendment to By-Laws be made to make the President, vice-President and Secretary into an executive committee. The duties of this Committee to be passed upon after consideration at the next meeting. Motion was seconded by Dr. Thomas; passed.
Dr. Thomas suggested that the Society pay for ONE YEAR'S membership in the Southwestern Medical Association for each member of the Pima County Medical Society. Discussion followed by Doctors Hastings and Van Horn. Dr. Thomas moved that the above be carried for ONE YEAR for each member. Motion seconded by Dr. Hastings. Discussion by Doctors Patterson and Callander. Motion passed.
Dr. Brown moved that scientific program be postponed, and was seconded by Dr. Davison. Doctors Cogswell and Thomas approved. Passed.
Dr. Lindberg moved that Dr. Hill, Secretary cast the vote of the Society this year for the election of the officers of the Chamber of Commerce Board.
