Full Text	Executive Committee Meeting May 10, 1948 . Members present at this meeting: Doctors Harry Thompson, Hugh Thompson, E.M. Hayden, Ed. J. Gotthelf, Harold Kohl, Roy Hewitt, R.E. Hastings and J.D. Francis . Dr. William A. Sommerfield and Dr. Bernard Pasternack were approved as applicants . A letter from Dr. James F. Terrell regarding his resignation was read and approved. It was voted that a letter of commendation and appreciation be written to Dr. Terrell and his check returned . A letter from Mr. C.A. Carson, assistant superintendent and principal of Tucson Public Schools, was read . Dr. Alvin Kirmse's transfer to Yavapai County Medical Society was approved . Executive Committee recommends that Girl Scout examinations for summer camp be done gratis by volunteers from Pima County Medical Society. Dr. Hastings has appointed Doctors Witzberger and Hugh Thompson as chairmen for two teams. They will pick their own men . Proposed changes in the Medical Practice Act were discussed .
