list, on blank forms furnished him for that purpose, to the State Association at such time as may be designated by the State Association. In making such lists he shall endeavor to account for each physician who has moved into or out of the County during the past year, stating when possible both his present and past address. At the same time, and with his report of such lists of members and physicians, he shall transmit to the State Association remittance of the annual dues of the Society. At the annual meeting the Secretary shall give a full and complete report of the activities of his office, and a report of the finances of the Society. He shall be Secretary-Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
Section 6. Board of Censors: This Board shall examine and report on the qualifications of applicants for membership, subjecting each applicant to such examination as it may deem necessary. It shall investigate charges preferred against a member and report its conclusions and recommendations to the Board of Directors for action. In the absence of a Censor, the President may appoint some member to fill the vacancy. The senior member of the Board in point of service shall be the Chairman.
Section 7. Delegates: The Delegates shall attend faithfully and represent the members of this Society and the profession in this County in the House of Delegates of the State Association, and shall make a report of the proceedings of that body to this Society at the first meeting following.
The Delegates shall be members of the Board of Directors. The alternate Delegates shall not be members but shall substitute for Delegates unable to attend the State meeting.
Section 8. Board of Directors: The Board of Directors of the Corporation shall consist of members as outlined in Section 1 above.
The duties of the Board of Directors shall be to administer the financial and business affairs of the organization; and all matters concerned with the expenditure of the funds of the Society, or concerned with the business affairs of the Corporation or Society shall be referred to them. They shall be responsible to the Society for their actions and shall make reports to the incorporated body whenever requested by said body to do so. They shall act as an executive committee for the Society in conducting all routine business which is not of a scientific nature. It shall be their duty to restrict the amount of non-scientific business to come before the Society, and to report only essentials. The president shall call meeting
