Full Text	CHAPTER VII--ORDER OF BUSINESS The order of business shall be as follows : 1. Call to order by the President . 2. Reading of the minutes of last meeting . 3. Papers and discussions 4. Unfinished business . 5. New business 6. Miscellaneous business . 7. Announcements . 8. Adjournment . CHAPTER VIII--RULES OF ORDER The deliberations of this Society shall be governed by parliamentary usage as contained in Roberts' Rules of Order, unless otherwise determined by vote . CHAPTER IX--AMENDMENTS Section 1. These By-Laws may be amended at any regular meeting by a majority vote of active members present, twenty-five members constituting a quorum, provided the amendment has been read at a previous regular meeting in the exact form of its adoption . Section 2. Upon the adoption of this Constitution and By-Laws, all previous Constitutions and By-Laws and their amendments are thereby repealed .
