The order of business shall be as follows:
1. Call to order by the President.
2. Reading of the minutes of last meeting.
3. Papers and discussions
4. Unfinished business.
5. New business
6. Miscellaneous business.
7. Announcements.
8. Adjournment.
CHAPTER VIII--RULES OF ORDER
The deliberations of this Society shall be governed by parliamentary usage as contained in Roberts' Rules of Order, unless otherwise determined by vote.
CHAPTER IX--AMENDMENTS
Section 1. These By-Laws may be amended at any regular meeting by a majority vote of active members present, twenty-five members constituting a quorum, provided the amendment has been read at a previous regular meeting in the exact form of its adoption.
Section 2. Upon the adoption of this Constitution and By-Laws, all previous Constitutions and By-Laws and their amendments are thereby repealed.
