Full Text	Dr. R.E. Hastings then presented a form of By-Laws for adoption by the Pima County Medical Society. After some discussion one or two changes were directed to be made in the proposed form of By-laws, and upon motion duly made, seconded and carried the By-laws were duly adopted and the secretary was directed to insert a true and correct copy of the same in the minute record following the minutes of this meeting .
