Scott Street PIMA COUNTY MEDICAL SOCIETY Tucson, Arizona February 20, 1950 The following Resolution was accepted by the Pima County Medical Society on February 14, 1950 . RESOLVED, that the division of fees between physicians and laboratories, irrespective of the device by which it is accomplished, and in any guise or form, be denounced by this Society as unethical . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any physician who, upon investigation by the Censors of the Society, be found guilty of such a practice, be censured and punishment set by the Board of Censors . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be sent to all members of the Pima County Medical Society and to all commercial laboratories operated by physicians in Tucson .
