Dear Senator Pierce and Representative Tobin:
A.R.S. §15-2031, subsection G, requires the School Facilities Board to submit electronically an annual report to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the Arizona state library, archives and public records and the governor by October 1 that includes the computation of the amount of monies to be distributed from the building renewal fund for the current fiscal year.
The FY 2013 budget provides $0 for building renewal, and prior year balances of undistributed monies have been swept. Therefore, the amount of monies to be distributed from the building renewal fund for the current fiscal year is computed to be $0.
