DESCRIPTION	The report includes the notices and the minutes for September 10, 2003, October 7, 2003, November 18, 2003 and December 16, 2003 meetings; Mike Anable’s Proposal; a Presentation list and the adopted recommendations. The Task Force adopted these recommendations: 1) draft a letter to the Western States Land Commissioners requesting them to develop a resolution to allow thinning and other measures to improve the health of Arizona’s forests; 2) send a letter to Congress expressing strong support for the Forest Service to remove the larger commercial sized dead trees from the Rodeo-Chediski Fire while they still have value; requesting funding assistance for a state pilot program; encouraging the speedy implementation of the newly enacted Healthy Forest Initiative; encouraging federal entities to support establishment of infrastructure; making available federal lands for industrial plant locations and encouraging efforts in public school system to educate our citizens on the need to treat al
