The Senate Research Staff is pleased to present the Legislative Encyclopedia, Third
Edition. Prepared by the Senate Research Staff under the direction of the Arizona Senate
President, Ken Bennett, the Encyclopedia is a primer on Arizona state government and
policy issues. As such, we hope that you find the Encyclopedia informative and useful.
