ADOA shall submit an annual report on the after- contract cost savings · realized from the energy performance contracts that year. ADOA reports that it did not engage in any energy performance contracting in 2008 and therefore accrued no associated costs or savings. ADOA continues to support Arizona's energy conservation measures and has implemented several cost- effective energy conservation measures by means other than performance contracting to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy costs in state buildings.
