The urn has stylized dolphin handles on either side. The front of the urn is adorned with the NAVY emblem displayed under an eagle and flanked by double swagged flags and cacti. Under the emblem are the words "Presented to U.S.S. Arizona By the People of the State of Arizona 1916." The bottom of the front also features a silver spigot with a white handle. On the other side of the urn is the state seal displayed under an eagle and flanked by double swagged flags and cacti.
