Jinx was initiated as a cowboy and lion hunter while still a young boy, when the family moved on the R Bar C Ranch at the foot of Christopher Mountain. Jinx is a great historian who heard stories about the Pleasant Valley War all of his life. He has now followed up on these stories and researched extensively enough to write a book on the Pleasant Valley War.
