The magazine documents the company's operations of four airfields across the Phoenix Valley, Thunderbird Field No. 1 (Glendale, Ariz.), Thunderbird Field No. 2 (Scottsdale, Ariz.), Falcon Field (Mesa, Ariz.) and Sky Harbor Airport (Phoenix, Ariz.). The airfields were leased to the US Government and used to train pilots during World War II.
