Big Lake Recreation Area is located the White Mountains of Arizona and includes Big Lake, Crescent lake, Lee Valley Lake, and the East and West Forks of the Black River. It sits at an elevation of around 9000 feet. The closest towns are Eager, Greer, and Springerville.
