In this interview, he talks about the Chicano Movement in Tucson, Arizona. Mr. Palacios talks about how students from Tucson High School and Pueblo High School protested the inequalities in facilities and education. He describes the 1-C Program at Tucson Schools and the struggle today to keep Chicano Studies. Mr. Palacios was involved in the struggle to create the El Rio Community Center.
