Description
Carol Padwe moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1974. She is the first vice-president of a Wall Street firm and works with families, overseeing and coordinating their financial affairs. Ms. Padwe currently serves on the Scottsdale Public Library Board and previously served on the Scottsdale Human Relations Commission. In this interview she talks about her family, some of the changes to Scottsdale in the last 40 years, the Scottsdale Town Enrichment Program (STEP) in the 1980s, and changes to the Scottsdale public libraries.
