Mr. Palacios talks about how students from Tucson High School and Pueblo High School protested the inequalities in facilities and education. He describes the 1-C Program at Tucson Schools and the struggle today to keep Chicano Studies. Mr. Palacios was involved in the struggle to create the El Rio Community Center.
