In this interview, she talks about living in different countries, especially Germany and Japan, her husband's career in Military Intelligence during the Korean and Vietnam Wars, and their children. Ragatz Hall, located in the Military Intelligence complex at Ft. Huachuca was named after Chief Warrant Officer Four William T.
