Two axes cross the logo which contains four quadrants with "Prescott" at the top, "Arizona" at the bottom and a fire and a caduceus on the sides. A ring is within the larger circle which reads "GRANITE MOUNTAIN HOTSHOTS CREW" with an image of the Arizona flag in the background. A horizontal banner within that circle reads "LAST ALARM 6/30/2013" and "XIX" reads below. The left end of the table has larger burned letters which read "Yarnell Hill Fire." The right end of the table also has large burned letters which read "Our thoughts are with Brendan McDonough." Various parts of the table have additional inscriptions which read "Station 7," "Local 3066," and "Handcrafted by Mel and Jessica Kelley."
