"Fire Fighters" in white script lettering is at the top with "Hotshots Memorial" in blue lettering in between. Two fire trucks are on either side. Gold letters spell the names of the fallen Hotshots on the red pennies. Blue lettering reads "Love & Honor" in the middle of the plaque and between the names. The bottom of the plaque reads in blue lettering "Prescott Ariz." White script letters at the bottom read "GOD Bless" with "1 [symbol of a heart] 9" above. Three small blue stars are on the bottom of the plaque.
