The upper right and lower left corners contain a triangular patch from the Williamsburg, Ohio Fire Department. A yellow logo containing four quadrants is on the lower left portion of the quilt. "ANDERSON" reads in the top quadrant in black letters and "TOWNSHIP" reads in the bottom quadrant in black letters. The side quadrants contain a red "F" and a red "D" in black letters. The center circle of the logo contains yellow firefighting tools on a red background. A label in the lower center of the quilt reads "Williamsburg United Methodist Church Quilt Ministry" and handwritten on the label reads "In Memory and Honor of Granite Mountain Hot Shots Prescott, Arizona July 1, 2013." All borders of the quilt are covered with handwritten messages and signatures.
