The Roadway Closure and Restriction System is designed to expand on the Arizona Department of Transportation's initial system by providing information on local traffic systems. The result is a system that provides integrated information about the status of maintenance activities, road construction, special events, traffic speeds, and incidents on both major highways and local roads.
