StudioFox Films SubjectMotion pictures--ArizonaArizonaDescriptionMuch of the action of this Zane Grey film took place in Little Horse Park, now known as the Chapel area, where an elaborate set was constructed on homesteader land. Other structures left behind from the making of Grey's 'The Last of the Duanes' a year earlier were still standing and altered for use in Riders. Additional full-scale sets were built at a cost of over $50,000, and were described at the time as the most ambitious and costly exterior set ever built by a Hollywood company off studio grounds. The set was burned for the film.
