This rock is not dense and it is easy to engrave in the surface and create very large figures. This one has a diameter of about 3 meters. There are numerous holes drilled inside and outside the troughs. This is at the same archaeological site shown in Items 36 & 37.Date RangePre-Territorial Period (Before 1863)TypeStill ImageOriginal FormatColor photographsDrawings (visual works)Contributing InstitutionCochise College LibraryCollectionCochise College Library Digital Collection- Rock Art of Cochise CountyRights StatementThis resource is owned by Instituto Nacional de Antropologia e Historia, Sonora, Mexico and is provided to Cochise College Libraries for educational purposes only.
